By using EasyTattoo CRM (“the App”), you agree to the following terms:

Use of the App

The App is intended for tattoo artists, studios, and business owners. You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Account Responsibility

• You must maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload.
• You must obtain client consent where required by law.

Prohibited Activities

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Storing personal client data without proper authorization
• Misusing external integrations (Meta, WhatsApp API, TikTok, etc.)

Availability

We aim to provide high availability, but the service may experience interruptions. We do not guarantee continuous uptime.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Integration failures
• User misuse of the platform
